Description

Located in Mathaux (30 minutes from Troyes), in the heart of a natural park of 4500 hectares of lakes and forests, the nautical base of the Temple Lake is dedicated to the pratice of rowing and canoeing.
Facilities meet all expectations in terms of comfort, for the stay as well as for the pratice of sports. All facilities are wheelchair accessible including access to the boat area.
At your disposal :

changing-rooms/sanitary facilities,
1 room to work, to meet or for catering,
1 indoor storage area,
outdoor technical areas, such as a rinse area,
parking and maneuvering areas,
1 pontoon adapted for an easy launching of sportboats.

Pratice area :
On the most favorable part of the lake, a straight line (2000m) allows you to train in optimal conditions.
The nautic base, currently under construction, will be operating in the first half of 2022.

Special features

The nautical base of the Temple Lake is an ideal preparation camp : equipment, environment (landscape, calm). Without forgetting the presence, nearby, of accomodation and catering facilities. The Orient Lake Residence (Mesnil-Saint-Père) offers a place to live, a few kilometers from the training camp. It has 30 comfortable rooms and a self-service restaurant that can accomodate 100 people at a time. Without forgetting a multi-sport covered facility. As all facilities are located on the lakefront, the site makes it possible to combine sports performance and wellness.
