Description
Set in a 6 hectare lush green environment on the edge of the Lot and just 1.5 hours from Bordeaux and Toulouse, the site is open all year-round, 7 days a week and offers optimal training conditions for athletes.
The omnisport centre brings together all the services on one single site - numerous sports facilities, a recovery and cryotherapy area, a hotel service and, by 2022, new facilities including 56 beds with fully equipped disabled access.

5 accommodation buildings: 330 beds including 56 for athletes with reduced mobility
1 Nordic pool and 1 indoor pool
1 recovery area: cryotherapy, sauna, hammam, cold baths
1 physiotherapy and massage practice

2 sports halls with parquet flooring (ideal for team sports)

Since 1970, La Base has been welcoming national and international athletes for training camps throughout the year. Many national and international teams are preparing their sport terms at Temple-sur-Lot.
La Base has also developed specific know-how in welcoming high-level teams, ranging from the organization of transport to the management of healthy diets. The quality of the welcome, widely recognized by coaches and athletes, offers optimal training conditions.
