Description

The Saint-Exupéry Sports Center is a set of sports facilities located at the gates of the Chevreuse valley, 20 km south of Paris. It extends over 9 hectares and includes 3 gymnasiums, 2 dojos, 2 dance halls, 1 weight room, 2 multipurpose rooms, 1 climbing wall, 9 tennis courts, 2 large playgrounds (a hybrid natural ground and a synthetic), 1 sports shooting range and indoor and outdoor archery. The Sports Center is equipped with 2 meeting rooms and a medical space corresponding to anti-doping constraints.

The gymnasiums and their rooms were completely renovated in 2018 to better take into account environmental constraints while improving the comfort of athletes.

The natural and forest setting (17,000 hectares) close to the Sports Center makes it a calm and highly appreciated place.

Special features

The Saint-Exupéry Sports Center is ideally located, it allows quick access to Paris and it is close to national and international transport (Orly airport, TGV and RER station, A10, A6 motorways, etc.). A large number of hotels and restaurants are located in the Courtaboeuf business park near the Sports Center.

Its sports facilities are recent and modern, easily accessible for all types of disabilities. Private parking inside the Center is possible for delegations.

The sports clubhouse with a maximum capacity of 200 people is equipped to accommodate meetings as well as convivial times or meals while remaining on site.

Known for

The quality of the facilities and the proximity of the 3 gymnasiums contribute to a strong demand for the Sports Center by the federations at the departmental and regional level to organize championships and training courses there. Our facilities have also hosted national championships and international volleyball tournaments (Coupe de France, European Cup matches), handball (Georges-Iltis tournament), dodgeball (international winter tournament). Our facilities also host training courses supervised by high-level athletes such as Steven Da Costa, Olympic Karate champion.
