Description
A coastal resort in Brittany , Penvenan is 3 hours from Paris by TGV ( high speed train ).
The Emile Robert Sports Complex opened in 2020 offers more than 2500 m2 of well insulated and sound proofed space . Up to PMR standards it boasts individual and team changing rooms and showers . Comprising one room for Dojo of 200m2 , one danse room, one fitness room with the very latest in fitness equipment , one large area dedicated to indoor multi sports (including tennis, handball, basket ball and indoor football ) it also has a reception area which is equiped with a video projector , available for press releases and can also be used as a medical centre .
The multi sports area of 1600m2 is flexible to meet the varying needs of the number of users .
Outside space just next to the complex includes tennis courts, athletic track and a football field .
The whole complex is right in the town centre , near to shops and a Spa equiped with Sauna and Jacuzzi.

The re-education and readaptation centre at Trestel reputed for its medicine for athletes is just 5 kms from Penvenan .
The local authority provides a bus of 35 seats .
Apart from the group boarding facilities, it is possible to use the large number of guest houses or the « Grand Hotel » situated in front of the sea. The local authority can provide if required meals adapted to needs.

Penvenan has experience in regularly organising competitions , training sessions and regional and national sports events .
In August 2020 we welcomed a young judo team from Poland organised by Julian Kermarrec, champion D1 of France .
Each year in mid July , Penvenan receives 130 Aikido participants from France, Switzerland and Belgium for an International meeting and training session organised by Alain Pereyrache.
