The sports complex is situated in Moselle, on Luxembourg-Nancy and Paris-Germany axes and also only 1h10 away from the capital by train. it is made up of 7 sports equipment in the same place, allowing optimal training. This complex open 7 days a week contains a multisport gymnasium, a wrestling room, a karate room, a fully equipped weight room, a sauna, 3 football fields and a athletics tracks.

Situated in a strategic place, the center allows a pedestrian access to the accommodation and catering area, and to the train station too. All equipment are centralized on the same site, with many options available on site.
