Description

Ideally situated 5km south-west of Paris, Clamart is easily accessible from the Montparnasse railway station, or via the T6 tramway. The Hunebelle sports complex is situated in the heart of the town, and a stone’s throw from the forest.

Special features

Hunebelle has one of the nicest gymnastics halls in the Paris region, the Émilie Le Pennec hall. Its resident club, Clamart Gym92, is one of the best French men’s artistic gymnast clubs, and has been for many years. Clamart Gym92 trains in the Emilie Le Pennec hall daily, which is equipped with quality gymnast material and also boasts an auxiliary hall and a work out room.

Known for

The high-level gymnasts of the Pôle Espoirs (the future hopefuls) of men’s artistic gymnastics of the Ile de France also train at Hunebelle. They are from a structure of the French Gymnastics Federation based at the CREPS in Châtenay Malabry.

The Émilie Le Pennec hall hosts numerous competitions each year, including Top12 matches and national team camps..
