Description

The Maurice Baquet Gymnasium is located in Guyancourt, within the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Urban Community, 30 km South-West of Paris and very close to Versailles and to the Paris-Orly international airport.

The Maurice Baquet Gymnasium is composed of a variety of high-quality sport infrastructures, such as 3 martial arts dojos, 1 sports hall, 2 dance and table tennis halls, 3 football/rugby fields, 1 athletics stadium, 1 fencing and gymnastics hall and 1 outside multisports ground.

Officially awarded the « Terre de Jeux » label in 2019, the Town of Guyancourt is at the heart of Paris 2024’s organisation project as it will host the official golf competitions at the Golf National venue.

Thanks to its robust experience in organising majors sports events, the Town of Guyancourt may offer its expertise and know-how to welcome national or international delegations successfully.
