Description

Located 3km outside of Boissy Saint-Léger and 15 km from Paris, the Domaine de Grosbois is the largest training center for trotters in Europe.

Grosbois Training Centre spreads over 412 ha and can accommodate up to 1500 horses.

The quality of the infrastructures and of the services offered make it a reference center in the training of horses, open 7 days a week.

The Manage or the Orangery of the Castle will be fitted out for fencing.

The tracks are suitable for running and shooting.

Less than 3 kilometers away and directly accessible by a greenway (½ hour on foot) the swimming pool of Villecresnes will allow the athletes to complete their preparation.

The domain is totally enclosed. The Grosbois / Villecresnes campus brings together the 5 disciplines of pentathlon in one same place.

catering services are offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner and accommodation options are available.

A team of technicians accustomed to the maintenance of equestrian surfaces is on site. The center can provide horses for riding.

There is a 6-lane 50-meter long outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room, and a workout room, in the middle of the woods, with ajdacent indoor tennis courts which can be used as workout or rest area.

Being a green space in an urban environment, we provide green areas around the swimming pool, which is a main asset given the new pentathlon rules.

The swimming pool park is the the former Paris ASPTT training center, where many top-level athletes came for exhibition shows, such as Sergueï Bubka and Björn Borg.
