Paul Guerre Stadium

Description

The Paul Guerre Stadium includes, along with its many facilities, 7.140m² football field made of hybrid flooring. It dates from 2019 and has since brought happiness to high-level athletes. This pitch was usedfor the first time by the RC Lens team, which has been France champion in 1998, as well as the veterans from the local club the Carabiniers. Since then, the field has not only conquered the hearts of local athletes but also caught the eye of foreign teams. It has been trod by the «Sang et Or» cleats (Lens football team), as well as the ones of the Standard de Liège (Belgium). This new lawn also saw many dribbles and expert passes from the Dutch vice world champions as they trained for the French tournament of mars 2020.
