CREPS Athletics Track
Description
The center has an athletic stadium allowing the practice of the following disciplines: all disciplines on a 400m track (except river for the steeplechase) / long jump / triple jump / High jump / Pole jump (with double jump entrance) / separate shot put area / discus throw / javelin throw / separate hammer throw area / triathlon / paratriathlon / modern pentathlon. All of this infrastructure is modern and has been recently renovated. The track is a 400m track with 6 lanes with a Polytan M type synthetic floor. The stadium also has a 100m overspeed track. A material storage chalet is available with direct access to the track. The stadium is lit (LED) supplied with water and electricity. The center also has a semi-indoor athletics hall allowing the practice of the following disciplines: 60m corridor race / long jump / triple jump / pole vault / shot put (in a net) / discus throw (in a net). All these infrastructures are accessible. The necessary anchors for the practice of Paralympic athletics are available. The center has a lot of specific equipment: hurdles, starting blocks, discs, weights, hammers, javelins, small equipment for physical preparation. The center has paths allowing the practice of endurance disciplines (more than 10km of hilly paths on soft intramural soil). Many sites suitable for the practice of endurance disciplines with natural or asphalt ground are located a few kilometers from the center (flat and / or hilly).
