The complex houses a 50m 6 lanes outdoor swimming pool, a 25m 4 lanes indoor pool, and meeting room. It also offers large open space and it is located on an isle surrounded by the Seine river and within walking distance of the Poissy center. The international triathletes from Poissy Traithlon train on this venue on a daily base.
