Each year, the lake hosts the famous Gérardmer triathlon but also other national and international events: open water swimming, rowing, canoeing, sailing, dragon boat. With a length of 2.1 km and 730 meters wide, it allows the practice of swimming as well as sailing, canoeing, paddle boarding, rowing ... Its equipments: - A nautical basin set up to welcome online races - A nautical base occupied by sailing, canoeing and diving clubs. Fully equipped with toilets, showers and changing rooms as well as a meeting room. - A rowing base and a swimming center (Union Nautique) equipped with changing rooms, showers, toilets, arrival tower, beaches, meeting room
