Cavayère lake

Description

Located 2 km from Carcassonne, this vast expanse of fresh water is equipped with three swimming pools, a water sports base (canoes, oars), a water skiing base, an Aquaviva area, and a tree climbing park and a mini-golf course on its banks. The Cavayère Lake is 10 minutes by car from the Albert Domec Stadium and the Aqualudic Center. It is accessible by PMR with the lake accessible by car. From the lake there are many possibilities of bicycle circuits without having to cross a town. The water temperature of the lake is on average 24 to 25° from June to the end of September and the bacteriological analysis are always very good.
