Pôle Nautique du Cher

Description

This site includes : 1 pool for in-line rowing and canoe-kayak practice 1 finishing tower 1 building dedicated to connected activites including : 1 fitness area a reception area with a 200 person capacity 2 meeting rooms 6 locker-rooms a medical room a doping control room. The Pôle Nautique du Cher was designed for rowing and canoe-kayak training and competitions. The local clubs AVIRON TOURS METROPOLE and CANOE KAYAK CLUB DE TOURS (CKCT) compete on this site at national level. In addition to these regular activities, this site also hosted a number of national level sport events including : the 2019 French canoe-kayak marathon Championship, training courses for the national canoe-kayak teams. Young athletes from the Ligue du Centre regional team also train there. Sarah Guyot, a high level karaker and member of the CKCT local club, trains at the Pôle Nautique du Cher.
