Area for Olympic and Paralympic athletics, football and rugby, the current facilities will be transformed to create a hub for sporting excellence with a fully covered synthetic football field, a grass field, a training area, an athletics track and jumping and throwing areas. A building overlooking the training areas, with changing rooms, meeting rooms, weights room: a comprehensive site for athletes and staff. Smart facilities by 2022 with video recording and analysis.
