Description

This Roland Garros-standard facility today offers 14 clay tennis courts, 4 of which are covered. By 2023 it intends to become a leading site for this type of surface, with a full renovation plan: - 14 outdoor courts: 8 clay courts, 3 GreenSet and 3 beach - 8 indoor courts: 3 clay courts, 3 GreenSet and 2 paddle Accessibility for the Paralympic athletes is a major preoccupation in planning the project. The health and performance hub completes the training provision for physical preparation, health and recuperation. Situated on the banks of the Allier, on the doorstep of the town centre, this site, which was built in 1908, has received numerous international tennis players while hosting the Junior Davis Cup (Galea Cup) over a duration of 40 years.
