In a region where rugby is deeply rooted into the culture, Vichy is well-positioned to host international competitions. In 2006: U21 Rugby World Championship, in 2018: U18 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Championship (Europe, USA and Canada) and candidate to become a base camp for the 2023 World Cup. The sports complex benefits from the expertise of gardeners to ensure top-level grass surfaces. It will have new VIP changing rooms from 2021, equipped for recuperation, physical preparation, meetings and video sessions. The services offered by the adjoining health and performance hub completes the training provision for physical preparation, health and recuperation.
