Athletics Stadium

Description

Situated in the heart of the complex, the athletics stadium allows for specific running races to be held. Its accessibility and equipment make it a highly functional training facility. Among other things, it allows triathlon, para-triathlon and modern pentathlon athletes to use its 400m tartan track for all distances. Recently renovated, it comprises 8 lanes for the 100m and 6 for the 400m. The stadium is served by the complex’s multiple paths, which give access to the other infrastructure and the “Via Allier” – 80km of stabilised track away from the urban traffic. The training area of the neighbouring performance hub completes the facilities, with tartan indoor lanes equipped for timing and video.
